📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail stores, wholesalers, and other distribution channels in Tangerang and surrounding areas.
• Conduct sales calls and visits to understand customer needs and present our product offerings.
• Use Salesforce and SAP to manage leads, track sales performance, and generate reports.
• Set and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your sales skills.
• Report to the Sales Manager on a regular basis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technical distribution sector.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the retail and distribution industry.
