Coinbase is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our GFCO Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data analytics solutions that drive business insights and decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong background in data engineering and analytics, and a passion for solving complex problems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and maintain data analytics solutions that drive business insights and decision-making.,Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.,Develop and implement data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions.,Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business intelligence and decision-making.,Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to develop and deploy predictive models and machine learning solutions.,Optimize data analytics solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics and data engineering.,Mentor and coach junior team members to help them grow and develop their skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics, with a strong background in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.,Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Hive.,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.,Passion for solving complex problems and driving business insights through data.
