📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement academic learning strategies to enhance student engagement and academic performance.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to create and deliver high-quality undergraduate programmes.
• Manage and coordinate academic learning resources and tools such as Moodle, Blackboard, and other learning management systems.
• Monitor and evaluate academic learning outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
• Provide academic advising and support to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
• Participate in university committees and working groups to contribute to the strategic direction of academic learning.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in academic learning and technology.
• Represent NTU at academic conferences and events to promote the university's academic excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Education, Learning Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic learning, curriculum development, or student support services.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective academic learning strategies.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems such as Moodle, Blackboard, and other educational technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
