📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide first-line IT support to Mandarin-speaking clients in Demak, Jawa Tengah.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.
Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.
Assist in the deployment and management of new IT systems and technologies.
Document and maintain IT support records and knowledge base.
Provide training and guidance to clients on IT best practices and new technologies.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar.
Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin languages, both written and spoken.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in ITIL or CompTIA A+ is a plus.
