As a Kindergarten Teaching Assistant, you will support our teachers in delivering high-quality education, ensuring that each child's unique needs are met in a safe and supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist teachers in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and lessons.
• Support children in their learning activities, both indoors and outdoors.
• Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
• Help with meal preparation and serving, ensuring children receive nutritious meals.
• Assist in organizing and participating in school events and activities.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
• Follow and enforce school safety protocols and emergency procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with teachers and staff.
• Understanding of child development and educational best practices.
• Familiarity with play-based learning and early childhood education principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• First Aid certification is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required; knowledge of other languages is a bonus.
