In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Manage and mentor warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency of warehouse operations.,Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Proven track record of improving warehouse operations and reducing costs.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
