📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product or service enhancements.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales promotions and campaigns.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key performance indicators and opportunities for improvement.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Familiarity with the industry and market trends is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
