CV Permata Sri is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Production Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing a team of production staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all products are manufactured according to quality standards and specifications.,Manage and mentor a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and job satisfaction.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met.,Conduct quality control inspections to identify and address any issues or defects in the production process.,Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and marketing, to ensure that production goals are aligned with overall business objectives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all production staff.,Continuously seek out opportunities for improvement and innovation in the production process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a similar discipline.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervision or management role.,Strong knowledge of production management principles, techniques, and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with production software and tools, such as ERP systems, is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
