📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and monitoring vehicle performance.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, and maintenance costs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Provide training and support to drivers and other staff members.
  • Respond to emergency situations and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of improving fleet efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to speak and write in Indonesian and English.
