📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and videos.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve future programs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support to employees to ensure they have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Training Officer or similar role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to design and facilitate engaging training sessions.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
