PT Duta Putra is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Guard to join our security team in Kendal, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect security breaches.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of the premises.,Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.,Maintain and operate security equipment such as CCTV cameras and alarms.,Conduct background checks and interviews for new hires.,Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation.,Supervise and train junior security guards.,Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or similar role.,Proven track record of maintaining a safe and secure environment.,Strong knowledge of security procedures, laws, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent.,First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
