Tanggung Jawab:
Maintain and supervise the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and safe for use.Plan and execute efficient routes for the transportation of goods, taking into account factors such as traffic, weather, and delivery deadlines.Monitor and report on vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance needs.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations and company policies.Provide exceptional customer service, communicating clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.Train and mentor junior drivers, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team or with clients.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional driver, with a proven track record in fleet management.A valid driver's license for the type of vehicles you will be operating.Strong knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and transportation regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, as required.Commitment to maintaining a safe and professional work environment.🛠️ Keahlian
