📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the distribution of NOKIA products to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.,Manage and mentor a team of Distribution Officers to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability.,Analyze sales data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive business growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent NOKIA Group at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the telecommunications industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.,Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.,Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
