K3 (Health, Safety, and Environment) Specialist - Manufacturing Industry

PT AUCMA INDONESIA INDUSTRY is seeking a dedicated K3 (Health, Safety, and Environment) Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust health, safety, and environmental practices that protect our employees and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. As a K3 Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards, conduct regular safety audits, and provide training to employees on safety protocols. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide training and education to employees on safety protocols and environmental practices.
• Monitor and report on safety and environmental performance metrics.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of safety and environmental considerations into all operations.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Certification in Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Proficient in using safety management software such as SAP EHS or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
