📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards.,Represent the company at industry events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of successful store management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and industry trends.
