📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on candidate selection
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information
  • Provide feedback and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide recruitment initiatives

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a focus on attracting and hiring top talent
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, software, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations
