📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and optimize fleet routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Handle all aspects of vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and licensing.,Investigate and resolve any issues related to fleet operations, such as accidents or breakdowns.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience driving a variety of vehicles.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
