📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Develop and implement financial strategies to improve the company's financial performance.,Oversee the accounting department, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management on financial matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial reporting.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and standards is a plus.
