📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.,Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and follow up on leads.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Collaborate with the sales team to stay updated on product knowledge and marketing campaigns.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.,Report on daily sales activities and performance metrics to the sales manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work under pressure and meet strict sales targets.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
