📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Welcome and seat guests, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables and chairs.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
• Assist in stocking and organizing the bar area, ensuring all drinks are properly stored and displayed.
• Participate in daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the restaurant in top condition.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of guests.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen operations and food safety practices.
