As an Agency Benefits Executive at Great Eastern, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive employee benefits programs tailored to meet the needs of our agency partners. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique requirements and provide tailored solutions that enhance their overall compensation packages. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring and analyzing benefits data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and implement employee benefits programs for agency partners, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored benefits solutions.
- Monitor and analyze benefits data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular reviews of benefits programs to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee benefits.
- Provide training and support to agency partners on the benefits programs.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of benefits programs with other HR initiatives.
- Report on benefits program performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in employee benefits or a related field is a plus.
