📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to customers and internal teams regarding orthopedic implants.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to orthopedic implant products.,Maintain and update technical documentation and manuals.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams.,Collaborate with the engineering and R&D teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze technical support data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of orthopedic implants and medical devices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with medical device regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA).,Computer literacy, including proficiency in common software applications.
