📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the station, including fuel sales, customer service, and inventory management.,Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the station is maintained in a clean and organized manner.,Train and supervise station staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles.,Monitor fuel sales and inventory levels to ensure that the station is stocked appropriately and that sales targets are met.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Participate in regular meetings with management to discuss station performance and address any issues.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and that the station's financial records are up-to-date.,Promote SeaOil products and services to customers and encourage repeat business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fresh graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience in customer service or retail is a plus.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for station duties.
