📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment.,Identify and troubleshoot issues with buildings, machinery, and systems.,Carry out minor construction and renovation tasks.,Ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently.,Maintain and update maintenance records and reports.,Assist in the installation and servicing of new equipment.,Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.,Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Previous experience as a Handyman or General Maintenance Worker.,Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing systems.,Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
