In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our suppliers' products, driving continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes, and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement supplier quality plans to ensure compliance with Cohu's quality standards and customer requirements,Conduct audits and inspections of supplier facilities and processes to identify areas for improvement,Monitor and analyze supplier performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement,Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions,Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supplier quality management,Provide training and support to junior team members to ensure the continued growth and development of our team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supplier quality engineering role, with a focus on manufacturing,Strong understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and other relevant standards,Experience with supplier quality planning, auditing, and inspection processes,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience working in a global or multicultural environment is a plus
