📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the right candidates are hired.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Handle employee benefits and compensation, ensuring fair and competitive packages.,Manage payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing.,Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees.,Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a healthcare or dental clinic setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.
