SHIFT Nusantara is a growing company that specializes in providing innovative solutions in the retail sector. We are looking for a dedicated Store Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This is a remote position based in Tenggarong, offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock levels.,Oversee cash handling and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves and displays.,Handle customer complaints and issues, providing excellent customer service.,Assist in the training and development of new store staff.,Monitor store performance metrics and report on sales and operational data.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with retail management systems and POS software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
