Puskesmas Wati Spareparts is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced according to manufacturer specifications.,Oversee the driver training and safety programs to ensure all drivers are qualified and follow safety protocols.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Monitor and report on fleet performance and efficiency metrics.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding vehicle operation and maintenance.,Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
