As a Daily Worker, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious coffee and beverage offerings to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage offerings to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.,Assist in training new staff members on coffee preparation techniques.,Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee shop.,Provide excellent customer service and create a pleasant shopping experience.,Participate in team meetings and follow all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic bookkeeping.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
