📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strategic outreach and networking.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support business development initiatives.
• Create and present compelling proposals to potential clients, highlighting our products and services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
• Assist in managing client relationships, from initial contact to post-project follow-ups.
• Support the development and implementation of business development strategies and plans.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to drive innovation.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports and presentations to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate or professional with a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, client engagement, or a similar role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
