📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and provide tailored solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure continuous improvement.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Build and maintain strong relationships with employees to foster a culture of continuous learning.,Assist in the creation and management of learning materials and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of educational technology and e-learning platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Certification in learning and development or related fields is a plus.
