📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.,Oversee the operations of the distribution team, including scheduling, routing, and vehicle maintenance.,Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for distribution.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures in the distribution process.,Analyze distribution data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of distribution strategies and plans.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or distribution industry.,Strong knowledge of distribution operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using distribution management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
