📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries and desserts.,Maintain and clean all kitchen equipment and work areas.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Prepare and maintain food and beverage displays.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef or similar role.,Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
