📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth running of the outlet.,Oversee inventory management and stock control to maintain optimal levels.,Coordinate with sales teams to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Train and mentor staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.,Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to boost sales.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Work closely with the Outlet Manager to achieve overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
